The Plan For Last Presentation

Our presentation includes 4 contents, Information, Sports, Entertainment and Weather. We don't make a detailed plan yet.
I take charge of Information. I think information should be related to science technology.
Yesterday, I wrote a manuscript for presentaton. Planning news is very difficult, I think. I don't have much time, but I will do my best.

My impression of the future presentation

I was surprised that 3 groups had same two ideas. One was cars would fly in the future. The other was robots would help people. I think some movies influences our ideas. And, all groups said enviroment would be more broken and temperature would rise.
Our presentation was good. However, I felt it was hard to keep presentation for five minutes.

What do you think the world will be like 10 years ago?(Speaking)

I think technology must develop 10 years later. On the contrary, enviroment and popular culture will be broken. However, development of technology will hold enviromrntal destruction off, for example, a hybrid car, photovoltaic generation and so on.
And, Globalization will change our life. Popular culture will decline because of internationaization, but the relation between each countries will be strong. Unfortunately, a big war centering around natural recources will brake out.

Jojo's Story

It was first time for me to be absorbed in only one book. This story tells me the crueless of a war and the nobility of the casual life.
I can't forget the words that Jojo said when Chris had to say goodbye.

"I don't mind if you're not there all the time. I'll study and then I'll make money. I'll make a lot of money and come back and built my village again."

I can't belive 10 years boy said such a thing.
Ironically, I think the war makes people stronger, but we think peace is the best. However, some people argue that the Japanese innocently take peace for grant. What is the peace?

"I was a boy when I met Chris. That was then. Now, I have a gun and I'm a man."

There are many children like Jojo all over the world. Perhaps, some children think fighting is the purpose of their life.

This story is so serious, but this is good oppotunity to think of peace.

Speaking Homework

1. What are your future plans regarding education, career and family?
My overall future plan is high skill of English. To be concrete, I want to get "Gakutyousyo" when I graduate from KGU. So, I have to study for TOEIC score 910.
Now, I am living by myself. Sometimes, I feel sad. However, I thank for my parents. Without my parents, I can't study in KGU. So, after graduation, I will take good care of my parents.

2. What do you think you will be doing five years from now?
Five years later, I am 24 years old!! Maybe, I will find work. Perhaps, I will get married.
I can't state details of my future work, but I want to make the most of English. And, now, I'm member of mandolin club. So I will keep playing mandolin, especially mandolon cello.

CRAZY BURGER

It was a hard work for me to make our new restaurant. However, we got time to talk each other.
Making original menu was very fun for me. My favorite menu was Japanese burger because I love "umeboshi", "natto"and " Japanese eel". I think our menu was most great.

Making something together was good oppotunity to grow up myself. Thank you!!

The Suizenji Joiuen Garden

Today, I went to the Suizenji Joiuen Garden!!

The Suizenji Joiuen Garden represents the 53 Station of the Tokaido Road. In 1636 Tadatoshi, the third Load of Hosokawa, began its constraction as a tea retreat, and he also built a temple here for Priest Gentaku. This temple was called Suizenji.

Look at the picture. I was impressed with this beautiful view. Though this garden was surrounded by some office building or streets, I felt the magnificent japanese tradition.

I and my friend drew an oracle written in English. It said " Good"

If occation arises, I want to go there again!

PLAN FOR OUR NEW RESTAURANT( Speaking)

Creating original restaurant is interesting idea.

In the last speaking class, we made some groups. My group member is Miki, Chie and me. Through discussion, we decided to creat humberger restaurant. We are going to make global humberger!

FREANDS AND FAMILY

September 27th was my birthday. I got a lot of birthday presents from my friends.

I was so happy because, at first, I was afraid I could not make a friends. Also, I got many birthday e-mail. The most impressive e-mail was my mother's. She doesn't get used to send e-mail,　but I felt her affection. She said to me "I'm happy to meet you."

Have a look at the picture. To my surprised, this was also birthday present. It was my father that sent to me.

Now, I'm 19 years old. I want to enjoy new life.

What is the meaning of "Blackbird"? (speaking)

Through the words of this song, I felt alone or sad.
I think Brackbird is a man who lost his future. It is important that bird is "black".
"black" means a sadness or tragedy, and I think this man wants help and hope.

DANCE PARTY

Yesterday, dance party was taken place in Gakusei Kaikan.

Genarally, dance party is an oppotunity to dance with people in a dress, but this dance party is for jazz bands or rock bands. We don't have to dance or wear dress.

This dance party started at 1:30 p.m and finished at 7:00 p.m. In spite of a long haul, many people joined and enjoyed. We were so excited!!

Look at the picture. This is the last band for the party. They played a trombone, an alto sax, a trumpet and flute. How cool!! I had a great time.

ROBINSON CRUSOE

Though I have heard this name many time, I have never read the story.

I respect Robinson Crusoe. He lived in strange island for many years. On the island, there were dengerous animals and cannibal. At first, I didn't know the meaning of cannibal. After I finished reading, I looked up in a dictionary, and I was surprised!

In spite of denger, Robinson Crusoe never give up! He fought, fought, fought!!! How brave!

Through this story, I felt bonds of friendship. Crusoe made friends with men. The men couldn't

speak English, but the bonds between Crusoe and the men were so strong.

Next, I want to read this story in Japanease.

MANDOLIN&MANDOLONCELLO

This April, I entered the mandolin club. I have practiced about for six months. So, today, I want you to know about mandolin.

Mandolin is a musical instrument and made by Parocchi who lived in Venezia in 1620. In the middle of 19 century, the property and technique of mandolin was developed dramatically because of the improvement of Neapolitan instrument. Now, mandolin is popular all over the world. Many of Neapolitan music are played by mandolin. However, to my surprise, Japan is the world major country of mandolin!!

Look at the picture. This is mandoloncello, not mandolin. Mandoloncello is same kind of mandolin and bigger. It looks like a classical guiter. I'm in charge of mandoloncello. It is hard for me to play it, but I want to do my best.

Next week, I have a training camp. I'm happy to have much time to practice.

THE MUMMY & THE MUMMY RETURNS

Do you believe mummy can walk, run and fight? Nobody does, but, many kind of mummy can move in this story. Especially, the king of mummy, Imhotep, was strongest. The main characters of this story, O'connell and Evelyn have to get Imhotep back to dead!!
This story was made a screen. The title is HamunaptraⅠ, Ⅱ. Have you ever heard this title?
I love this movies, so watched many times. I don't want to be involved the fight against mummies, but I want to go to Hamunaptra.

OCCURENCE IN KAGOSHIMA

I'm sorry not to renew my brog for a long time.
For two weeks, I have returned home in Kagoshima. Now, I'll tell you about occurrence in Kagoshima.

8. 13 Monday ★MEETING AGAIN FRIEND IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ★
Six years have passed since I had been graduated from elementary school. However, now, I am good friends with many people in elementary school, especially three women. Their name are Miki, Haruna and Yuki. We met again in restaurant, Joyfull (^ ^) About for four hours, we talked. We disclosed a secret each other. For example, distasteful teacher and classmate, the parson she liked and so on. We have a very enjoyable time, and we promised to meet again during winter vacation.

8.19 Saturday/ ★A FIREWORKS DISPLAY★
A fireworks display in Kumamoto was beautiful, but the one in Kagoshima was excellent!!
I felt a spirit of craftman through beautiful and large fireworks.
I wore the yukata top the first time in a long time. I wanted to eat takoyaki, hashimaki, yakitori and kakigouri, but I could'nt eat all of them. I'll try next year.

8.21 Tuesday/ ★NEW MOBILE PHONE★
Three years ago, I get my mobile phone first time. At first, I could'nt use it well. My friends used it with attention to the important points, for example, Internet, brog, photo, music and so on. However, I used only mail or call.
Although I did'nt use my phone well, it was broken. So, I went to the mobile phone operator with my parents. I found the latest mobile phone is very very very thin!!! I decided on the latest
mobile phone "n704i"at first sight. My parents wanted same type. So, we bought each other in a different color. My father had blue one, my mother had black one and I had white one.
This time, I try to make the most of my new mobile phone!

JUMANJI

What is JUMANJI ? Many people may think so. JUMANJI was the name of the board game, and the story of JUMANJI was very out of touch with reality because with the first throw of the dice strange things started to happen. Peter and Judy, they were the main charactors, must face lions, crocodiles, spiders, rchinoceroses and a hunter with a big gun!! And, as long as they finish the game, these savage beasts never disappear!!

I love board games. I often play some games with parents, friends or cousins, but I never thought of real boad game. I think it is very exciting idea. However, I don't want to join the game (; ;) If some big spider were in my room, I must lose my mind.
The story was film, but I have not ever watchd the movie JUMANJI. I want to watch someday.

THE SCORPION KING

This is great and exciting movie. A good man and bad man entered the story. A bad man was Memnon. He was taking countries and killing everybody in them. He wanted the world. A good man was Mathayus. He is fighter. His brothers killed by Memnon. So, he hated Memnon. In the end, These two men fought. Which man won?

I have watched this movie twice, and I enjoyed both of times. I was happy to find English book of The Scorpion King in our library. This story is based on the history of Egypt. I always feel mysterious when I study about Egypt. There are another stories about Egypt. I want to read all of them.

A DAY TRIP TO ASO

I have finished all of my tests!! So, I want to continue my blog. I want to put some pictures on my blog, but my cellphone's camera is broken. Soon, I'll get new one.

Now, next is the first topic for summer vacation.

Yesterday, I went to Aso with my friends and seniors. The senior whose name is Azusa took us by her car. I often get carsick, so I felt a little sick. After about an hour, we got to Aso Farm Land. Nature of Aso was beautiful!! So, I felt better.
There, we had a lunch and ate soft ice cream. They tasted very good. I want to eat again.
Up to now, I don't know about Aso well, but, through nature, I could feel Aso. I thanked my senior for taking us to Aso.

A STRANGER AT GREEN KNOWE

We think that human beings are most intelligent. Actually, this thought may be right, but, sometimes, some animals are braver than humans.

In this story, there were one little boy and a gorilla. Boy's name wsa Ping, and the gorilla's name was Hanno. Both of them lost their families. Their families were killed by someone. This two main characters run into in tne forest. Hanno run away from zoo. While many people were looking for Hanno, Ping helped him. In the end, Hanno was killed by people. However, Hanno act as a substitute for Ping. I thought Hanno was very brave.

Animals are pure, brave and innocent. Recantly, we hurt many animals. For example, it is enviromental destruction.

Human beings are most intelligent, so we have to consider everything.

THR REPORT OF MAKING NEW COUNTRY.

Today, we had a meeting in the library. I made Map and Flag. We discussed history, industry and native people. I think it is difficult to make new country, but it is so fun.
We have a lot of things to do. We will do our best!!

THE MISTERY OF ALLEGRA

This was very sad story.

Main character was Allegra. Allegra was a little girl. She looked very sad every time. Why? In fact, her parents divorced. Allegla had to live with only her father. She missed her mother. Unfortunately, Allegra could not meet her mother, and she died because of sadness. However, in spite of her death, Allegra kept looking for her mother as a ghost.
" Where is my mom? Please take me to Mama!"
She muttered repeatedly.

Recently, in Japan, a divorce rate is increasing. I think many children feel sad because of divorce. Japanease parents should have a responsibility to look after their children. Parents have to meka their children happy.
I hope all children can be happy.

MATTY DOOLIN

Thanks to this story, I could feel people-animal bonds and importance of my future.

The main character was Matty. Matty was man who worried about his future. Matty wanted to work with animals and get a job on farm. However, his parents wanted him to get a job in ship-building like like his father.
One day, Matty went camping with his friends on a farm. For the first time, he worked at farm, and he became friends with Besty-a dog. In spite of hard work, Matty never nade complaints.
He wanted to be allowed by his parents. When he was tired, Besty encouraged him. The last scene of this story was very moving. When Matty met with disaster because of storm, Besty helped him! I was surprised and impressed.
Fortunatly, because Matty worked very hard on the farm, his parents allowed him to keep working on the farm.

If I have a dream, and if my parents don't permit it, I may give up my dream. However Matty told me the importance of firm faith. I dom told me the importance of firm faith. I don't know if the importance of firm faith. I don't know if I will get a job 4 years later, but I'll never give up.

In conclution, I want a dog!!

DEAD MAN'S ISLAND

When I heard this title, some zombies came up to my mind. But it was wrong.



In this story, there was two main character. One of them wsa a poor woman. She Loved pop music and her father. However, her father and her favorite musican were killed by a car accident. Since then, she began to take to delinquency. On the other hand, the other main character is a man of few words. Though he smiled, his eyes didn't look so. Why did he look so? In fact, he killed young girl by a car accident. He blamed himself. They met in a island by chance.
They began to understand each other.

Through this story, I realized bonds is important. I want to take good care of friends

GRACE DARLING

I was deeply moved by this story. This story is similar to TITANIC, but this is not love story.

Do you know Forfarshire? This is ship which was wrecked off the north-east coast of England in 1838. This is the true story. Because of hard wind and rain, the ship was about to sink at any minute. There could no longer be any hopes that passenger and crew have survived.
However, only one woman realized this dying ship. It was Grace Daring. In spite of dengerous situation and opposition of her parents, she decided to rescue dying people. Fortunately, all of passenger and crew could come back. This happening and moving story were known widely. To my surprised, Queen Victoria thinks that Grace Darling is one of the finest young women!!

There is a risk un heiping other people. I'm proud of Grace Darling. This story is wonderful!! Don't miss it!!

The Piano

This story made me happy.

This is story of one famous pianist. When he was young, his family very poor. So, he had to work
after graduated from school. He worked at small farm. Fortunately, there were very old piano.The boy had never played piano, but the moment when he touched the piano, he could play fluently. By chance, a famous music teacher knew him. Thanks to this teacher and his family, the boy could appear on music stage. Thanks to this stage, his name was known all over the world.

I was impressed with the boy's dedication. In this story, the boy had to work from 6:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. After that, he went to piano class. If I were he, I could'nt live. I respect him.
Now,I'm a member of mandolin club. Playing mandolin is a little difficult and soon Music Festival will take place. I'm very busy at club and classes, but I'll do my best!!

The Mysterious Island

I had not heard this story, but this was so exciting story. The characters were five men, Nab, Smith, Spillet, Herberd and Cyrus. At the first of this story, they were high in the sky in a balloon. Unfortunately, the balloon was carried away from the land by great wind, and the five men reached small island. In this island, there were a lot of strange things. For example, one of them was the box. The box had much food, so the five men could get something to eat forever. It made a contribution to them. These strange things mede me fun, it was unity of five men that made me impressed. In spite of hard situation, they never forget to trust each other.
This story is really exciting. I recommend you to read.

KING ARTHER AND THE KNIGHTS OF THE AROUND TABLE

When I was studying history of the world, I heard "King Arthur" several time. So I am happy to read this story.

This story of King Arthur and the Round Table is very,very old. People wrote stories about this king hundred years later. Nobody knows who wrote this story first, but different people in france and britain wrote about King Arther and his brave knights.

"Only the next king can pull the sword out of the stone."
Have you ever heard this text? This is very famous. Many people tried, but they could move. Only Arther could pull out. Many people loved him as their new king, and excellent knights place under his orders. But some people tried to kill him because of his authority.

In this story, many people fought and died. I was very sad. I don't know why people fight. However, sometimes, fighting tell us something. Perhaps, thank you for past fight, we can have a good time every day.

APPLO13

This is a so exciting story.
APPLO13 is a spaceship which was going to the Moon. Three astronauts, Jim, Fred and Ken, got in the spaceship. They were looking forward to get down to the Moon, but they had some problems. Something wrong with computers, so three astronant had to sleep in cold ship and save electricity. For a while, they afraid that they could'nt get back to the earth, but because of cooperation with the space station, they were able to get back to the earth.
I think that going to the Moon is very exciting but very dengerous. However, people tried to do and acomplished. I'm proud of them. And, through this story, I learned importance of cooperation and belief.
The bond of people is strong, I think.

Jurassic Park III

Jurassic Park III is the third of the exciting Jurassic Park movies. I love this movie. Many
dinosaurs appear on this story.
Ankylosaurus, Apatosaur, Hadrosaur, Pteranodon, Raptor, Spinosaurus,Tyrannosaurus Rex----
these are all names of dinosaurs. My favorite dinosaurs is Raptors. They are very clever and can talk. However, in this story, they attack people. Not only Raptors but also another dinasaurs attack people. You feel that dinosaurs are wrong, but I don't think so.
Though dinosaurs are ancient things, people rivaival them. Dinosaurs and people lives in different world. The two living can't exist together. So I think people is wrong.
Recently, sience and tecnology is developed. In the near future, wa may be able to get technique
for rivaival a lot of things, but we should'nt do that.
I think wa should realize that we are living on the earth. We cannot do everything we want to do.

Do you know Mandolin?

I'm a member of mandolin club. Mandolin is an instrument like a ukulele. I love madolin , but it is a little difficult for me to play. My every senior is goot at playing mandolin. I respect them , and I want to be like them.
Today, I'm going to go to Kumamoto University to learn mandolin. I'm a little nervous.

Wonderful Weekend (^ ^)

I had camp of music circle on weekend. I could make a lot of friends who are member of another
music club. Also, I could get to know better Mandolin Club which I belong to.
Surprisingly, I sit up all night !!! I talked about many things with friends and seniors.

Golden week & Titanic

At last, Golden week have passed . I had a lot of memories.
By the way , I finished reading one book. It's Titanic.

The Titanic was a luxurious passenger ship that hit an iceberg and sank on the night of April 14, 1912 .
It was able to more than 3,000 people , but there were only lifeboats for 1,178 people.
First Class : 322 passanger
Secund Class : 275 passenger
Third Class : 712 passenger
Crew : 898people
Many peopie died by the accident, and most of the dead was men.


I feel very sad.
On the sinking ship, what did people think?
If there have been more lifeborts, many people could have lived.
I think no accident like this should be repeated.

Princess Diana

Yesterday, I read a book about Diana.
Do you know Diana? She is the beautiful English who changed the picture of Royal Familly.
She married Prince Charles, but her fairy-tail marrige went wrong and she learnt to live and work alone.
Sadly, she killed by the accident in August 1997.

I think she is great woman. She gave love to every people , even if they are ill.
I want to be kind to people , too.
