Teaching

My part time job is teaching English and Math to junior high school students. Through this work, I found teaching was difficult. Teacher have to make student motivated, but it is the most difficult. Lacking motivation students don't want to study. They always talk each other in the classroom. Teacher must stop it without saying "Be quiet! " Teacher have to students why they should be silent.
Teaching in so hard. However, students are so pretty. I want to do my best!
